I know sometimes you Paw Parents get super-duper curious like me... like the one time I saw a butterfly in the backyard and just had to chase it! My human friends had to untangle me after I got my leash all tangled around a tree trunk... and the grill... and the pool ladder... ok enough about me!

Q: What happens after I place an order?

Once you order, my humans spring into action to create your custom-made item! They make each item with lots of love, and I add in some puppy kisses just for you!

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

It's a bit of a dog's world out there, and it takes around 4-7 business days for your order to go from a simple idea to a wag-worthy masterpiece. Then, we call the vroom vroom truck, and the guy with the treats gives us a tracking number. Depending on your local vroom vroom carrier, it usually takes another 4-7 business days for your item to arrive at your doorstep. Like a playful game of fetch, sometimes there is a twist or two, so plan ahead for special occasions or holiday celebrations!

 

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?

Keep your ears perked for our email! As your order embarks on its vroom vroom journey, my humans will send you an email complete with a tracking number. It's like your special map to follow your order's pawprints on its way to your doorstep.

 

Q: Where is my order?

Follow your order's trail with the tracking number! If it suggests your order has been delivered, but it's playing hide-and-seek (I love that game!), check with your local postal service. Maybe the guy with the treats was out of cookies for his puppy customers, and to keep all customers happy, they held off all deliveries until the treat supply was replenished. Maybe not? Anyway, don't hesitate to reach out to them for any wayward deliveries – they are part of this adventure too!

 

Q: What if I have an issue with my order?

We are on a mission to keep tails wagging! If your item doesn't meet your expectations, whether it's a quality concern or a print gone a little overboard, send us a photo of the situation within seven (7) days of receiving it. My humans will be sure to create you a FREE REPLACEMENT (fulfillment and shipping times still apply). Plus, I'll make sure to add extra puppy kisses to make you feel extra loved! Or, if you prefer, you can keep the item and receive a 100% REFUND.

Q: How long will it take to get my refund?

My humans are like speedy fetchers when it comes to refunds! Expect an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, remember that banks and credit card companies have their own pace when it comes to processing the refund. If more than 15 business days pass without the refund appearing, reach out to us via the "Contact Us" page, and my humans will find where I hid my bone... er, I mean, where your refund is hiding.

 

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received 1, why?

Ah-roof! I love surprises! Sometimes items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. Don't worry! All packages should arrive on your doorstep within two (2) weeks. If part of your order decides to play hard-to-get, reach out to my humans via the "Contact Us" page.

 

Q: I received the wrong item! Now what?

Oops! Even the best sniffer hounds can mix things up sometimes. If you find yourself with the wrong item, don't worry. Send my humans a message through our "Contact Us!" page, and we will quickly make things right. We can either refund or replace the item, no extra costs involved. We want to keep your tail wagging!

 

Q: My item doesn't fit. Now what?

Oh no! We try to ensure accuracy by providing a sizing chart. Because each item is custom-made-to-order, we don't have an inventory for size exchanges. Maybe you can share the love and gift it to a friend, or maybe it can find a new home in a charity's doggy wardrobe!

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Most orders over $99 enjoy free shipping, our way of adding an extra wag to your day. An exception is with our bulky and/or heavy items. Shipping for those items is based on weight, and it will be indicated during the checkout process. For orders under $99, the shipping cost is a modest $8.99. It's like a small treat for a playful delivery!

 

Q: How secure is my personal information?

Your personal information is as safe as my favorite chew toy! We take the utmost care in protecting it with top-notch security solutions. Rest assured, my humans told me that your credit card details and personal information are encrypted during transmission using SSL technology… which means nothing to us pups. Let's just say that our level of security is as strong as a dog's loyalty. Your secrets are safe with us on this playful journey!
